How it works

From open shift to clinician on the floor

  1. Tell us the gap

Call or send the request form: role, unit, shifts and start date. We confirm the same business day.

  2. Review candidates

We send profiles with license numbers and availability. You choose who works in your building.

  3. Get the file first

You receive the credential file before the first shift, ready for your surveyor or auditor.

  4. Approve and pay

Approve weekly timesheets and pay one invoice. Your recruiter checks in after the first shift.

Compliance

What is in every clinician's file

Your survey team should never have to chase an agency for paperwork. Each file is complete before the clinician starts.

Questions

Common questions

Which areas do you serve?

We place nurses and aides with facilities in Pennsylvania. Medical coders, billers and other revenue cycle staff can work remotely.

How fast can you fill a shift?

We confirm every request the same business day and tell you right away whether we can cover it. For contracts of 4 to 13 weeks, we send candidate profiles for you to review before anyone starts.

Are your clinicians employees or contractors?

Clinicians we place are our W-2 employees. We handle payroll, taxes, workers' compensation and liability coverage, and you approve weekly timesheets.

What is in each clinician's file?

A verified license or certification, criminal background check, OIG and SAM exclusion screening, TB test and immunization records, BLS or CPR card, a skills checklist and I-9. You receive the file before the first shift.

Can we hire a nurse you placed with us?

Yes. We never restrict a clinician from joining your staff.

Are you a certified women-owned business?

Yes. Present Software, Inc. is certified by WBENC, the Women's Business Enterprise National Council, which helps facilities and health systems meet supplier diversity goals.

About

A staffing firm that already knows how to screen

Present Health Staffing is the healthcare division of Present Software, Inc., a Pennsylvania staffing and consulting company that has placed professionals with clients since 2015 and is certified as a women-owned business enterprise by WBENC.

For years we placed technical consultants with clients who expected the right person, on time, with every document in order. We now bring that discipline to healthcare, where a missed shift or a missing license is never a small problem.

We stay small on purpose. A facility works with the same recruiter from the first call onward, and so does every clinician.
